The apartment is located in a very green and quiet area, perfect for good sleep and relaxation. There is parking (parcare) available right in front through an application at city hall (plan page) while public transportation stops for trolley and buses are within five minute distance. A policlinic (healthcare) is 0.6 km away and so are schools and kindergartens. If all the greenery that surrounds it is not enough, the biggest and best parks in Bucharest are also very close. The largest and least expensive tropical oasis in Europe by Therme (4.5/39850) is 22 minutes away by taxi at a cost of 50-70 RON or 10-12 EUR with Bolt/Uber (depending on active discounts/promo) while RomExpo (4.2/17113) is a 9 min drive.
For most of the attractions on this page as well as on the homepage, the Google Maps star ratings out of 5 are given in brackets next to the number of reviews at the time of writing, which is roughly '24.11.
One restaurant within walking distance, operated by a family that immigrated from Lebanon in the 90s, is Al Wady (4.3/52). Interesting budget choices are a high-school ("lyceum") cantina (4.5/11) or Mercedes cantina (4.2/6). Other restaurant experiences can be found at "The Great (Boyar) Cupbearer" (4.8/22), "Delicious Lunch" (4.8/22), "Dinnerish" (4.4/681), French Cuisine (5/20), Trattoria Revi (4.2/691), Celebration Ballroom (4,5/217) while some fast food joints are Pizzetteria Jiului (4.8/186), JackbaB Shaorma (4.7/159), Perfekto Pizza (4.7/156). Until July 2025 the typical monthly cost for electricity was less than 30 RON, whereas the other utilities (water, gas, heat) were varying between 50-100 EUR.
